Vladimir Antonov rachète Zagato

Lentement mais sûrement, Vladimir Antonov devient un acteur important dans le monde de l'automobile. Bien sûr, nous le connaissons surtout via Spyker, mais maintenant il a également Zagato à son portefeuille.

  CPP(Coventry Prototype Panels) a discretement repris le studio de design Zagato . Le montant de l'acquisition  n'est pas divulgué. RPC est détenu par Vladimir Antonov, constituant ainsi une extension de son empire

Sur le site Zagato apparait maintenant le nom de la nouvelle société CPP Milan. Actuellement, Zagato travaille sur la construction de la V12 Aston Martin Zagato .
Antonov  semble principalement se concentrer sur les fabricants spécialisés. L'acquisition de Spyker a été un bon exemple.
La synergie entre Spyker et Zagato a déjà fonctionné de par le passé sous la forme de la Zagato Spyker C12.

Zagato will now appear on its website as the new company CPP Milan. Currently, Zagato is working on building the V12 Aston Martin Zagato.
Antonov seems mainly focus on the specialized manufacturers. The acquisition of Spyker was a good example.
