Le PDG de Youngman , Pang Qingnian a déclaré selon DI.se qu'il est sûr à 100% de l'approbation des accords signés avec Saab par le NDRC .Il justifie cette assurance en précisant que les contacts ont été nombreux entre les représentants diplomatiques suèdois et la commission mais aussi entre la commission et les investisseurs Youngman & Pang Da .
Youngman's CEO, Pang Qingnian said according to DI.se that he is 100% secure about the approval of agreements with Saab by the NDRC. He justifies this by stating that the insurance contacts were numerous among the swedish diplomatic representatives and the commission but also between the NDRC and investors Youngman & Pang Da.
