IF Metall's deadline on tuesday

À moins que la Cour d'appel décide d'accorder  la réorganisation de Saab , le syndicat IF Metall à partir de mardi après-midi deposera sa demande de mise en faillite de Saab .

La décision a été prise dans le consensus ce vendredi avec des représentants de l'IF Metall aux bureaux syndicaux, à Stockholm, Département de Trollhättan Saab Club.

- Nous espérons toujours que la Cour d'appel donne une suite favorable à la requête de Saab permettant la  réorganisation, affirme le président fédéral IF Metall Löfven Stefan et le président du syndicat local HakanSkött dans un communiqué.

Dans le même temps  le syndicat a déclaré etre prêt à se porter caution pour des prêts bancaires, prêts d'urgence pour des membres qui seraient en grandes difficultés financières
- Nous au club sommes conscients qu'il peut y avoir des membres qui, malgré une vérification de crédit plus généreux ne peuvent pas obtenir de prêts, a déclaré Hakan Skött.

Unless the Court of Appeal decided to grant the reorganization of Saab, the union IF Metall from Tuesday afternoon will fill  for bankruptcy of Saab.

Le tribunal de Göteborg, en Suède pourrait rendre sa décision  lundi concernant l'appel de Saab. Saab a signé lundi un appel du rejet d'un tribunal de district de Vänersborg pour une demande de réorganisation et de protection contre les créanciers.
Selon un porte parole du tribunal si le tribunal décide de traiter l'appel, le processus pourrait prendre jusqu'à trois semaines avant qu'une décision suive l'annonce faite Lundi . Cela signifie que le mardi sera déjà decisif , mème si après la décision une attente de plusieurs jours ou semaines peut intervenir .Cette annonce signifie t elle qu'une décision favorable semble etre envisageable ?

Si le tribunal  finalement accepte la réorganisation proposée par Saab, c'est l'assurance pour Saab d'etre protégé de ses créanciers pendant au moins 3 mois . Et c'est 150 Millions d'Euros de dettes qui seront alors bloqués ou payés .
Tout accord de la juge entrainera le paiement par l'Etat suédois des salaires des 3600 employés de Saab qui attendent depuis 3 semaines .


The court in Gothenburg, Sweden could make a decision on Monday on the appeal of Saab. Saab has signed last Monday an appeal from the dismissal of the District Court in Vänersborg for reorganization and protection against creditors.
According to a spokesman for the court if the court decides to handle the call, the process could take up to three weeks before a decision follows the announcement of Monday. That means Tuesday will already be decisive, even if the decision after a wait of several days or weeks may intervene. Does this announcement mean that a favorable decision seems to be possible?

If the court eventually accepted the proposed reorganization by Saab's , Saab would get the protection from creditors for at least 3 months. And it is 150 million euros of debt that will be blocked or paid.

Any agreement coming from the judge will result in payment by the Swedish state of the salaries of the 3600 employees of Saab waiting for 3 weeks.

Stefan Löfven président d'IF Metall  et Hakan Skött , representant du syndicat chez Saab,sont allés aujourd'hui à Francfort pour rencontrer Pang Qinghua, président de Pang Da.

Nous voulons entendre parler de leurs plans et comment ils voient l'avenir de Saab, a déclaré Hakan  Skött - C'est une bonne occasion de se réunir puisque  Pang Qinghua est , en ce moment,  au Salon automobile de Francfort.

R.Pang : "NDRC think it is good for the two Chinese partners to invest in Saab.

Rachel Pang - qui est la directrice du projet  Saab chez Youngman - a confirmé que le constructeur chinois avait déjà travaillé sur les différents documents recquis par le NDRC  et qu'elle était confiante concernant l'approbation finale.


"Hier nous avons eu l'approbation du bureau de développement provincial et l'approbation de la Commission de réforme et, aujourd'hui, nous avions des représentants ainsi que les documents qui ont pris l'avion à destination de Pékin", at-elle dit. «Ils pensent qu'il est bon pour les deux partenaires chinois d' investir dans Saab.


"La prochaine étape pour Youngman est que nous avons commencé à préparer des documents pour [la NDRC] département commercial." Il ya trois phases - la première est la NDRC et le département commercial national - puis quelques jours pour avoir l'approbation de change. Nous nous préparons pour la deuxième phase déjà. Je suis convaincue que nous allons obtenir l'approbation.


Rachel Pang a ajouté qu'elle est en contact avec le fabricant suédois "chaque jour".

PDRC says YES !

Today, the PDRC, the provincial equivalent of the National Development and Reform
Commission (NDRC) approved the deal between Saab, Pang Da and Youngman. The decision is an important step in the process of getting NDRC’s approval.

There are three levels of this authority:

• DRC – the local authority, which has already given its approval
• PDRC – the provincial authority, which thus gave its approval today
• NDRC – the National Authority

Saab has passed two of the three levels, and will now proceed to the NDRC.

Le but de la rencontre entre l'ambassadeur de Suède en Chine, Lars Freden, et des représentants de la National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) était de répondre aux questions que pourraient se poser les autorités chinoises au sujet de Saab, explique Hans Pettersson G, Conseiller principal au Ministère de l'Industrie.
- Il est de notre responsabilité d'aider à l'information et de savoir s'il ya quelque chose qui n'est pas clair. Cela fait partie du travail du ministère des Affaires économiques. Nous avons un dialogue permanent et ce mode de travail par le biais de rencontre sert à eclaircie certains points, a déclaré qu'il a déclaré après la réunion.


Il est crucial pour Saab que Youngman et Pang Da reçoivent l'approbation des autorités chinoises en vue d'investir 245 millions d'euros dans Saab . C'est de l'argent pour payer les fournisseurs et recommencer à produire .
Mais le processus d'approbation en Chine se fait dans des plans multiples et longs. Selon le calendrier que Saab a soumis à la Cour d'appel la NDRC va réorganiser sa décision à la mi-Octobre en souhaitant que tout soit absolument clair, le 8 novembre.
