Le syndicat Unionen passe à l'action

L'Union a demandé lundi la mise en faillite de  Saab Automobile . Ceci est fait pour s'assurer que ses membres obtiennent le salaire auquel ils ont droit . Unionen représente 1100 des 3400 salariés que compte Saab sur le site de trollhättan .Le processus pouvant prendre de 3 à 5 semaines avant que les salaires soient perçus par les salariés . Le syndicat est prèt à retirer sa demande si les salaires étaient versés entre temps .
La présidente du syndicat , Cecilia Fahlberg , précise que"la faillite n'empechera en aucun cas une à une nouvelle solution financière de se mettre en place ."

The Union on Monday urged the bankruptcy of Saab Automobile. This is done to ensure that their members get the salary they deserve. Unionen  represents 1100 employees of the 3400 that account on the site of Saab at Trollhättan. The process can take from 3 to 5 weeks before the wages are received by employees,. The union is willing to withdraw its request if the wages were paid in the meantime.

The union president, Cecilia Fahlberg, states that "bankruptcy does not prevent to a new financial solution to implement."

Zeewolde, The Netherlands, 12 September 2011 - Swedish Automobile N.V. (Swan) and Saab Automobile AB (Saab Automobile) confirm that Swedish unions Unionen and Ledarna filed for bankruptcy of Saab Automobile. The court has received the filing, but has not yet rendered a judgment which could take a few weeks.
