Les nouvelles se bousculent ce jour concernant l’avenir de Saab! Alors que ce matin nous apprenions que Saab allait recevoir des fonds de North street capital qui lui permettrait de poursuivre sereinement sa réorganisation, tout a bascule cette après-midi puisque que Guy Lofalk administrateur judiciaire de la procédure a demandé à la court de Vänersborg de mettre fin volontairement à cette réorganisation qui protégeait Saab d’une mise en faillite.

Saab a bien entendu aussitôt réagi en contestant cette demande et en demandant pour pouvoir poursuivre cette réorganisation salvatrice et protégé. Dans le même temps Saab a également demandé le remplacement de M.Lofalk comme administrateur de cette procédure qui décidément n’en fait qu’à sa tête et multiplie les manœuvres néfastes !

Trollhättan, Sweden: Swedish Automobile N.V. (Swan) announces it has been informed that the administrator of the reorganization, Mr. Guy Lofalk, will apply for termination of the voluntary reorganization of Saab Automobile AB (Saab Automobile) and two subsidiaries at the Swedish court in Vänersborg.

In spite of the funding commitment of North Street Capital LP which was published earlier today, the administrator who leads the reorganization, Mr. Guy Lofalk, will file an application at the Swedish court to terminate the reorganization process. Saab Automobile shall contest this application and request for continuation of the voluntary reorganization process. 

Simultaneously, Saab Automobile shall apply at the court for replacement of Mr. Lofalk as administrator.

CFO Hans Go leaves Swedish Automobile

The CFO of Spyker is to leave the company after having secured funding deals that got production restarted at its Swedish car-making factory.

Spyker bought Saab from General Motors last year but in recent months saw production at its Trollhattan plant grind to a halt as suppliers were not being paid.

CFO Hans Go , 48 years old , played a major role in securing an initial €30 million (£26 million) and this week a further €15 million in orders from its new Chinese distribution partner Pangda.

Spyker recently sold its sports car business to the Russian entrepreneur Vladimir Antonov, which makes Saab the Dutch group’s only car-making company and leaves it needing only one CFO to run the finance function.

Go will leave his post on 1 July but will still be offering advice on certain transactional processes until his successor is appointed later this year, with interim Saab CFO Rob Schuyt to assume the role on a temporary basis.Mr Hans Go has done an incredibly go job !! Le directeur financier de Swedish Automobile va quitter l'entreprise après avoir obtenu les ententes de financement qui ont débouché sur le redemarrage de la production à Trollhättan .

Spyker a racheté Saab à General Motors l'an dernier mais ces derniers mois ont vu la production à son usine de Trollhattan paralysée parce que des fournisseurs n'étaient pas payés.

  Le directeur financier Hans Go , 48 ans , a joué un rôle majeur dans la sécurisation d'un premier versement de  € 30 millions (£ 26,000,000) et cette semaine, de 15 autres millions € en commandes emanants de son nouveau partenaire chinois de distribution Pangda.

Spyker a récemment vendu ses activités de voitures de sport à l'entrepreneur russe Vladimir Antonov, ce qui fait de Saab l'unique propriété de Spyker avec un seul directeur financier .

  Mr Go quittera son poste le 1er Juillet, mais comme JAJ restera à la disposition de Saab en tant que consultant jusqu'à ce que son successeur soit nommé plus tard cette année, avec comme "interimaire" Mr Schuyt Rob .
