Plan C : interjection of appeal

La Cour d'appel doit examiner la décision d'appel  de Saab auprès du tribunal de district .

L'examen de cet appel pourrait ètre traité en priorité et rapidement .Mais au préalable une autorisation doit etre délivrée .Pour ce faire , un avocat à la cour doit lui même faire appel et argumenter devant trois juges .
Les juges pourront dès lors juger de la pertinence de cet appel et le cas échéant  accorder l'autorisation d'appel.
Jeudi après midi , aucun interjection d'appel n'avait été transmise par Saab .
Les délais d'examen et d'execution restent à cette heure inconnus .

The court must review the decision to call for Saab with the district court.

The review of this call may be given priority and quickly. But a prior authorization must be issued. To do this, a lawyer at the court itself must appeal and argued before three judges.
The judges will then judge the relevance of this call and if granted leave to appeal.

Thursday afternoon, no interjection of Appeal had been transmitted by Saab.
