G.Lofalk , administrateur, est il dangereux pour Saab Automobile AB ?

Le Président de la Swan, Hans Hugenholtz, veut rencontrer des représentants du gouvernement suédois pour discuter des modifications apportées à propos de la propriété de Saab. Il aurait ainsi envoyé un Email au ministère des affaires et des finances ainsi qu'à l'Office de la dette.Chaque partie confirme l'avoir reçu .

Hans G. Pettersson, Conseiller principal au Ministère de l'Industrie, affirme qu'il a reçu le courriel, mais n'a pas voulu commenter davantage.

L'e-mail joint une lettre à l'administrateur de Saab ,Lofalk Guy, avec de vives critiques. Swan estime que Lofalk plus été impliqué dans la structure de propriété que dans la reconstruction. Cela explique également pourquoi le plan initial soumis a dû etre retravaillé en excluant Pang Da au profit d'une banque chinoise . Swan menace de demander à ce que Lofalk soit remplacé.

NDR : Pour réumer la situation ,  il semblerait qu'il soit reproché à G.Lofalk d'avoir tout fait pour arriver à une propriété chinoise de 100% au capital de Saab sans avoir tenu compte des avertissements de VM concernant l'approbation de GM . G.Lofalk apparait aujourd'hui d'autant plus dangereux que ce nouveau plan pourrait etre avorté avant meme que GM ait eu le temps de dire quoique ce soit par la décision d'un arrêt de la reconstruction et d'une mise en faillite faute de paiement des salaires .

Lofalk is to have made ​​every effort to arrive at a Chinese owned 100% stake in Saab without heed the warnings of VM on the approval of GM . G.
