Unni Jerndal ; porte parole de l'office national de la dette , a quant à lui déclaré que l'approbation devrait intervenir sous 2 à 3 semaines à réception de la nouvelle convention .

Les 50 millions d'Euros promis dans le cadre d'un prêt relais consenti par Youngman ne pourront etre débloqués avant l'avis rendu par le NDRC .Un avis attendu dans les quinze jours à venir .
