Lotus arrives in China today with a new name "Lutesi"

Lotus officially arrived in China today with the Evora and Elise. And with a new name as well: Lutesi, to differentiate from Youngman’s ‘Lianhua’ Lotus-line. Big surprise though was a new logo with the letters NYO added. According to the Chinese press ‘NYO’ stands for ‘new’, again to differentiate from Youngman. A bit of a strange story that is since Youngman doesn’t use the Lotus-logo.This is exactly what will happen with Saab in the coming monthes if everything work as expected .Indeed the Saab which would be produced in China by Youngman would change of name .

Lotus arrive officiellement aujourd'hui en Chine avec les modèles Evora & Elise .Et avec un nouveau nom : Lutesi . Ce afin de differencier la Lotus Line par Youngman .Le logo a lui aussi changé avec l'ajout des 3 lettres NYO , le N designant le terme de New pour appuyer la distinction d'avec Youngman .Cette histoire illustre ce qui arrivera à Saab si tout marche comme prévu .En effet les Saabs qui seront produites en Chine , pour le marché chinois porteront un nouveau nom .
