On their website, Hueliez mentions they can provide whole car manufacturing, including building chassis. It's in French only, but this is interesting and informative-- they even work with aerospace!:<br />http://www.heuliez.fr/<br /><br />I originally thought of Brightwell as a strip-and-flip firm, but I am slowly changing my mind.
