Press release ! C'est officiel , Saab racheté par ses partenaires chinois !

Trollhättan, Sweden: Swedish Automobile N.V. (Swan) announces that it entered into a memorandum of understanding with Pang Da and Youngman for the sale and purchase of 100% of the shares of Saab Automobile AB (Saab Automobile) and Saab Great Britain Ltd. (Saab GB) for a consideration of EUR 100 million.

Trollhättan, Suède: Automobiles NV (Swan) annonce qu'elle a conclu un protocole d'accord avec Pang Da et Youngman pour la vente et l'achat de 100% des actions de Saab Automobile AB (Saab Automobile) et Saab Grande-Bretagne, Ltd (Saab Go) pour une contrepartie de 100 millions d'euros.

    Une page se tourne! V. Muller a su rendre Saab aux saabistes,je suis déçu par ces événements.
